Our comprehensive training is designed to prepare you for jobs in auto insurance claims. Here’s what you’ll learn in the program:
First 6 Months: Learn to make liability and coverage decisions, with travel to a local claims office two days a week.Next 6 Months: Immerse yourself in field estimating, assessing insurance damages, and partnering with repair and rental vendors.Career Progression: After successful completion, you’ll be considered for a promotion to Auto Damage Adjuster, complete with a salary increase and use of a company vehicle.Must-have qualifications
Three years of relevant work experience ORBachelor’s degree ORTwo years of relevant work experience and an associate degreeSchedule
Onboarding (First Three Months): Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.Post-Onboarding: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with flexible start and end times between 8 AM-6 PM, based on business needs.Location: Woburn, MA
Compensation
$56,000 - $60,000Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceBenefits
