The Job

As a Field Execution Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies within Bunnings. Your duties will include:

Managing the relationship with our third-party merchantOverseeing and supporting Bunnings representatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.Conducting onsite audits and spot checks to ensure product compliance and display standards.Ensuring that the overall account strategy is actioned to business and customer requirements.Partnering with the State Managers to drive operational excellence.Training and coaching of internal and external stakeholders
