Reimagine What’s Possible 

EHS Program Development:

Drive for EHS legal and company procedure compliance, enhance safety performance and promote safety culture.Assist frontline to roll out EHS programs and training sessions.Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Maintain the functional operation of the EHS ISO management system.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with other departments to integrate EHS considerations into daily operations.Provide guidance and support to employees and management on EHS matters.

Training and Education:

Conduct EHS training sessions for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety protocols.Develop and distribute safety-related communications, including newsletters, bulletins, and training materials.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety management.

Incident Management:

Lead investigations into EHS incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.Track and analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with plant management to implement preventative measures and monitor their effectiveness.

Others

Full-time on-call may be necessary.Domestic travel is required.
