Job Title and Overview: Field Laboratory Representative (FLR) – Phlebotomist
This role is a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by Dominion Diagnostics. You will be responsible for collecting urine and blood specimens from patients, entering patient information into the electronic requisition form and packaging and shipping all specimens to the laboratory for the purpose of analysis.
Schedule:
Monday (split shift) - 9:00am-1:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm
Wednesday (split shift) 9:00am-1:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm
Friday (split shift) 9:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm
(additional hours may be available at one of our other locations on Tuesday and Thursday, if interested)
The FLR will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service:
· Facilitate the collection of urine and blood samples while following departmental policies and complete all required order entry tasks.
· Maintain inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation.
· Follow established HIPAA and compliance policies.
· Must work efficiently with a team of laboratory professionals.

· 2 years of phlebotomy experience
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Physical activities include frequent walking, sitting, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting and squatting.
