We strive to hire people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger\. ## **Job Summary** This intermediate level position operates a variety of power tools and other equipment involving physical labor on well sites in order to assist in the safe and efficient operations of the site\. ## **Job Duties & Responsibilities** + Trouble shoots mechanical equipment components and flow control equipment, orders parts and schedules repairs, emergency repairs as necessary + Ensures all processes are followed during ordering and maintenance of equipment by outside sources to meet spec and design criteria + Works with team members to set expectations and standards for contractor performances and ensure they understand and abide by all Expand's environmental, safety and operation standards + Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the maintenance of equipment + Basic mechanical experience with engines\. i\.e\. generators, air compressors + Ability to perform preventative maintenance on engines + Ability to maintain and follow schedules for maintenance + Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials + Ability to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects to equipment + Work with planners to schedule and prioritize work ## **Education & Experience** Minimum: High school diploma or GED Minimum: 2\-5 years of related work experience ## **Additional Qualifications** Ability to possess a valid drivers licenses Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60\-mile radius of the Mansfield Field Office \(1970 Highway 84, Mansfield, LA 71052\) to be considered for this position Expand Energy takes necessary action to ensure that all applicants are treated without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, disability, pregnancy, military or veteran status or any other protected characteristic as established by law\.
