Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… 
To join our team as a Field Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of Building Science Analysts ensuring program deliverables are being met by supporting the team with general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization and Program goals.  This role provides direction on contractor and customer activities, behaviors and performance while being the line of support for escalated technical, programmatic questions and customer concerns. Key markers for success in this role will include clear communication and experience/expertise in the energy industry. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Develops strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability.  Understands customer and program requirements. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. Analyzes local market data to inform program forecasts.

• Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs. 

• Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting trade allies. 

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base. 

• Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction 

• Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs. 

• Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager. 

• Ensure continuous improvement of operations. 

• Prepare robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals. 

• Travel throughout a defined territory 

  

Exciting candidates have… 

• 5-8 years relevant industry experience or technical certification/training required 

• Must be BPI certified 

• High School Graduate or equivalent 

  

Target Compensation 

$85,000-95,0000 

Compensation Range

$84,000.00 - $126,100.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
