Field Manager
The Field Manager provides leadership to assigned IQVIA representatives in order to assist client managers and or project leads in achieving performance objectives. The Field Manager monitor progress towards meeting and exceeding existing metrics and KPI’s; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring & utilization of resources aligned with our customer’s expectations.
Specifications:
Recruit, interview candidates.Responsible for performance reviews, resolving personnel issues, discipline and termination as necessaryCommunicate with Client Management on regular and timely basis.Ride along on field visits in order to: assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; monitor and manage field reporting; and implement performance or disciplinary plans.Prepare monthly individual and project summary reports for Client.Assist with the planning and delivery of training and Client periodic meetings.Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with Client expense policies.Monitors all compliance responsibilities.Monitors time and attendance.Fully comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines, including, without limitation, those laws relating to interactions with healthcare providers, with the PhRMA Code for Interactions with Healthcare Providers, and relevant Client Guidelines.Qualifications/Experience:
4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University requiredMinimum of 2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience preferredMinimum 5 years field sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with demonstrated success in sales performance required.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectivesStrong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to coach and council in the field to reinforce program objectives.Strong work ethic and customer focus orientationExcellent communication and organization skillsStrong Customer Management skillsAbility to travel overnight as requiredCompetencies:

The potential base pay range for this role is 120,000-140,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
