Role Descriptions

Responsible for orchestration of Demand Generation activities (End to End – Value demonstration design & execution, Return on Investment, farmer customer/retailer activities, measuring success through KPI, etc.) & field force training at regular intervals. Accountable for delivering the desired On The Retailer (OTR) for various Crop Protection/Seed brands. Making sure for close coordination with the Category lead, Demand Generation, sales & field science teams ensuring that the Crop Protection/Seed portfolio value proposition is properly demonstrated and communicated to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop demand generation blueprint working with marketing, Sales, Demand Generations & field science teams.

· Closely track the OTR (product movement from Authorized Outlets to Retailers) of various brands as a real measure of success and make the necessary adjustments in DG activities as deemed necessary to achieve On The Retailers (OTR) goals.

· Closely working with retailers, Big Land Owners (BLO), and key farmer networks to continuously bring the outside-in

· Develop, track, and audit value proposition communication to customer and value chain in a way to best resonate with customers/value chain.

· Conduct field force training at regular intervals

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Agriculture

· Minimum 6-8 years’ Sales/Marketing experience in the Agriculture Industry preferably in the Crop Protection business

· Hands-on experience in leading the execution of product field demonstration and demand generation plans

· Hands-on Experience in launching & growing shares of Seed &/or Crop Protection products with necessary proof points.

· Hands-on experience in directly managing Channel partners/AOs/Retailers with necessary proof points.
