As a part-time Field Marketing Brand Promoter at GYMGUYZ, your primary role is to drive brand awareness, attract new clients, and support our mission of delivering personalized fitness training in the comfort of clients’ homes, or in corporate wellness settings. Over time you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive Field Engagement: Distribute promotional materials, including door hangers, brochures, tear-off flyers, yard signs and business cards, to target central Ohio communities2. Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement3. Collaborate: work with internal teams to align field activities with overall business strategy4. Attend biweekly team meetings5. Opportunity to grow Marketing strategy, tactics and execution Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Valid Driver’s LicenseReliable transportationInterpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in marketing, particularly in the fitness or wellness industryCentral Ohio local market and demographic knowledgeMust reside in Central OhioProficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools a plusSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independentlyPassion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus

Compensation: $11.00 - $12.00 per hourThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
