About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced and digitally savvy Director of Field Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven, integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing technologies and platforms, with a proven track record in utilizing tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics to deliver measurable results.
As digital proficiency is at the heart of this position, you will lead the transformation from traditional marketing methods to a more dynamic, digitally integrated field marketing approach. This includes developing localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions, ensuring the seamless execution of multi-channel strategies, and leveraging real-time data to continuously optimize performance. Additionally, your role will require a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and strategic event management to support sales alignment and customer engagement across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Lead the field marketing team in the creation of localized marketing strategies that align with global GTM strategies while addressing region-specific needs. Ensure campaign effectiveness by continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data and market insights.Integrated Marketing: Lead the team in the design and implement integrated marketing plans with a heavy emphasis on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead the ABM strategy for the field marketing team. Ensure collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals. Create regular reporting on campaign results and lead team in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and results-driven tactics.Data-Driven Insights and Optimization: Utilize marketing analytics, performance metrics, and market research to extract actionable insights. Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and retention. Strong proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value (LTV).Event Management: Take ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. Partner with central events teams and ensure a smooth collaboration between field team, events team and sales to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, central marketing and research network teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. Foster a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate at the regional level.Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution. Guide the team in adopting and mastering digital tools and integrated strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive business results.
