Cox Automotive is looking for an intern to support the Manheim National Field Marketing team with responsibility for coordination and support of major projects and campaigns that drive results for our auctions and clients and efficiency and continuous improvement for our team. This role is responsible for executing tactical marketing efforts that align to our 2025 business and marketing priorities.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Participate in major projects and campaigns that are both client and internal facing.Assists with the execution of tactical marketing efforts including email and sales enablement.Learns and effectively uses marketing and reporting tools.Create presentations for delivering auction related information to our clients and field sales team.Assists with quarterly planning and results presentations for reporting to leadership.Assists with content audits in our marketing platforms to ensure the field marketing team has the most up to date assets for various channel deployments.Participates in weekly marketing team meetings and other meetings as required.Assists with other duties as needed.

Minimum requirements

Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as marketing, advertising, or business management preferredProficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
