This role will be based in our Atlanta, GA headquarters (hybrid). WHAT YOU GET TO DO Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and move them through the sales funnel. Utilize data-driven techniques to identify and engage with potential customers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales TEAM. Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, events, webinars, and more to drive product awareness and demand. Create compelling content and personalized communication strategies to effectively engage target audiences. Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our products, build awareness and engage with our target audience. Monitor and analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to gain insights and drive continuous improvement. Streamline marketing operations by integrating BDR, field marketing, and demand generation activities. Ensure alignment and collaboration between sales and marketing TEAMs for a cohesive strategy and successful execution WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Proven track record in marketing and business development, with a strong focus on demand generation. Experience in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing copy. Ability to develop and implement effective demand generation strategies. Strong organizational and event planning skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions. Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to drive decision-making. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
