You: Our high-growth company is seeking an energetic field marketer with a real "can-do" attitude and exceptional attention to detail, to execute programs with our sales representative and sales development teams to drive demand and acquire new customers in the Latin America enterprise space. The Field Marketing Manager will drive pipeline and engagement within Latin American prospect accounts through the development and execution of field marketing programs.

**Your role and responsibilities**
What we want you to do:
o Actively support quality pipeline development in Latin America
o Execute marketing programs, events and campaigns
o Continually monitor and improve performance metrics to ensure optimal program performance and ROI
o Communicate and brief the sales team regarding all new and planned marketing activities and assets - support sales prospecting.
o Work hand-in-hand with sales managers and Sales development representatives to strategize and execute against programs led by broader marketing teams, impacting expansion pipeline and increase depth of account engagement.
o Measure and analyze marketing performance against target plan (Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase)
o Communicate progress to stakeholders, including overall weekly program status and performance, and monthly pipeline reporting
o Execute 3rd party regional events and IBM proprietary events
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing
· 2+ years experience in field marketing, including event management
· Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and predictive analytics tools
**Preferred technical and professional experience**

· Ability to evaluate and navigate complex problems with multiple, evolving variables
