AchieveIt is on a quest for a talented Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. We are passionate about finding more meaningful, impactful opportunities to connect with customers and prospects.

Our Field Marketing Manager will have a significant impact on shaping our field marketing strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer growth.

We’re looking for someone that’s able to balance strong project management skills with the creativity needed to find new avenues to connect with prospect and customers.

Key Duties:

Be a catalyst in establishing AchieveIt’s brand presence through in-person and digital ‘field’ events. Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans to support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement. Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for future programs. Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, Field, and Product to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all events. Develop and implement event & conference strategy, including selecting and prioritizing key industry conferences, managing pre-show logistics, and executing the event. Identify and pursue speaking opportunities for AchieveIt employees to expand company and employee thought leadership. Develop and execute a strategy for digital events/webinars aimed at educating prospects and showcasing AchieveIt’s value proposition. Organize and manage small-group events, dinners, or round tables to foster relationships with strategy leaders in targeted locations. Create a plan for AchieveIt-hosted annual events for customers and prospects to drive engagement and retention. Assist in developing a customer marketing strategy that promotes customer growth and retention through education and advocacy programs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance field marketing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and other stakeholders. Travel to events to oversee on-site execution and ensure all attendees receive a best-in-class experience.
