The Field Marketing Manager will support their dedicated SHI business segment to improve customer experience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable outcomes.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing and will have a Home Office setup.

Design event success criteria and customer experience strategy for dedicated business segmentForge closer working relationships with Sales Leadership to develop field event strategy which supports BU objectivesPartner with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, Copy, and Partner Marketing to develop value proposition messaging and align SMEs to attend/speakPartner with Event Management to outline event logistics and needsDevelop promotional materials, including emails and landing pageManage Monday.com project plan and tasksManage Marketo program setup and lead managementOwn and update field event calendarIntegrate TOFU leads into campaignsAccountable for managing field event attendance and supporting sales in promotional effortsReport on field event performance and overall marketing impact regularly to stakeholdersProvide reporting to Sales Leadership for follow-up sales activityCapture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future field event strategy and messagingOwn post-event strategy and communications Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certification in MarketingMinimum 2+ years experience required in Field MarketingB2B career experience Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong creative and professional writing killsStrong analytical and research skillsStrong problem solving, organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracyAbility to work both individually and in a team environmentAbility to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyExcellent follow-up skillsExcellent presentation skills Unique Requirements Up to 25% travel required Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
