Position Summary:
As a Field Marketing Manager at Onit you will help build awareness, capture leads, and support our global sales team. You will thrive in this role if you are detail-oriented, can hustle under tight deadlines, and are a self-starter who can proactively work to solve problems and execute detailed field marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute field marketing plans to support our global marketing and revenue objectives.
Effectively manage event timelines, budgets and logistics with a bias toward communication and details.
Manage end-to-end logistics for tradeshows, company events, webinars, partner events, and more.
Coordinate speaking slots at applicable events, rallying our internal Speakers Bureau for topics and speakers.
Measure and analyze performance of field marketing events, including awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
Closely collaborate with product marketing, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and positioning.
Qualifications and Skills:
3 years in a Field Marketing role at a software company.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate many details on tight timelines with competing priorities.
Proven track record of delivering complex and highly detailed marketing projects on time and on budget.
A self-starter with the ability to suggest new ways to amplify our brand presence through field marketing activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
