The Role
We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Manager to join our talented European Marketing team. As Field Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans for our commercial solutions in Europe and work closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.What You'll DoOversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives of the existing customer base and acquire new customersOwn strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to demand generation campaigns/nurtures, customer retention, and education campaigns, field events, user events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, digital and PRWrite on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversionWork closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accountsUnderstand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for pharma/life sciences purchasingManage relevant 3rd parties in the execution of programsWork cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programsTrack and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budgetRequirements4+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutionsExperience in building and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing programs Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong team player with a positive attitude and sense of ownershipExcellent spoken & written English.
