Marketing Specialist - Japan
The Marketing Specialist, Japan is a key contributor to our APJ regional marketing team, planning high-level field activity and event goals and onsite logistics against key internal metrics, including increasing pipeline and accelerating deals in our sales pipeline.
The Marketing Specialist will support and be an integral part of the Japan regional sales and marketing team, reporting to the Sr Director, Marketing APJ. The Marketing Specialist will prioritise, plan, and execute regional marketing activities and events, working with the Regional Marketing Manager, Japan to target high-value prospects via specific marketing activities, channel and alliance partnerships.
Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Marketing Manager, Japan by securing suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget. Supporting field and channel marketing campaigns that drive to specific goals, are measurable, and comprehensive – from digital to live event experience and everything in between. Manage supporting logistics for field events, including coordinating print & promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving. Manage onsite logistics (location, promo items, appointments), acting as primary point of contact for internal/external team. Manage external contractors, vendors and agencies for creative services, material manufacture and shipping and on-the-ground logistics Facilitate and monitor lead funnel and performance metrics; track and report on campaign effectiveness in Salesforce.com Building invites, registration pages, and lead flow into Salesforce to ensure excellent pre- and post-event results.Requirements
3+ years of high-tech field or channel marketing experience Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously. Ability to manage and execute a variety of marketing program modes and activity types Strong analytical and creative skills a plus Experience in the cloud security market preferred Bachelors degree preferred#LI-CJ1
