The Field Marketing Supervisor - Canvassing is responsible for leading and executing proximity marketing, event marketing, and appointment-setting strategies within an assigned region. This fast-paced leadership role involves coaching and managing a team of canvassers to generate qualified leads for in-home design consultations. Highlights of your role Lead, train, and develop a team of canvassers to generate leads, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing coaching.Engage directly with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, promoting the Marvin Replacement brand and products.Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments through positive, informative customer interactions, while distributing marketing materials.Represent Marvin Replacement at home shows, events, and retail warehouse locations as needed.Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and leads generated.Achieve marketing targets by executing the proximity marketing plan effectively.Stay informed and enhance sales techniques by participating in regular training sessions.Utilize a company-provided vehicle for canvassing and marketing activities. Compensation $65,000 - $100,000+ with a base salary and performance bonuses You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Proactive decision-making ability with a strong bias for action.Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the local community.Exceptional organization and planning skills to manage daily operations effectively. Also want to make sure you have Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing or lead generation (required).Ability to travel within the assigned territory.Availability to work Wednesday–Saturday, including evenings.A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.Physical ability to:Lift up to 40 pounds.Push marketing displays weighing up to 75 pounds (on wheels).Walk up to 5 miles per day outdoors, in various weather conditions, year-round.Stand for extended periods.
