Job ID REQ-10037611 Feb 03, 2025 Brazil Summary The Field Medical Lead is responsible for lead the field medical plan and scientific engagement with key stakeholders. Implement clinical and educational strategies, respond to unsolicited medical inquiries and co-lead the medical access plan. About the Role

Major accountabilities:

Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) and key stakeholders to educate on medical/scientific informationEnsure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/ Key Accounts including identification of opportunities to involve MEs when a specific medical need is identified to provide supportDevelop and execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with country strategy .Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEsSupport Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution and provide scientific educational support to potential and actual study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receiptDeliver the pre-launch medical plan with excellence and capture actionable insights.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

Operations Management and Execution.Collaborating across boundaries.Post graduate in medical science (master / doctorate).At least 2 years actin as MSL.Access knowledge.HCP background mandatory.Experience in work with accounts and rare diseases business is recommended.

Languages :

Fluency in English.Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese.
