Field Operations Associate - 1st Shift - $23.25/hr
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Overtime based on business needs

Rotational on-call responsibilities

What you will do -

Administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Assist in the preparation and coordination of schedules for shipping and receiving materials, controlling the flow of goods and regulate warehouse spaceCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested products/participate in cycle counting when necessary Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usageMaintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulationsExamine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branchConfer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveriesManage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available suppliesWork with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)

What you need -

Required qualifications:

2+ years of experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s license with good driving recordAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed

Preferred qualifications:

Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environmentAssociates Degree
