Field Operations Associate - 2nd Shift - $23.25/hr + $1 Shift Premium
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm 

Mandatory overtime based on business needs.

On call responsibilities.

What you will do -

Inspect products and keep record of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of, and expired products using computer systemsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulationsExamine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisorsImplement and support quality initiatives throughout branchConfer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveriesInvestigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepanciesManage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available suppliesWork with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sourcesDeliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)

What you need -

Required qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience  Valid Driver’s license with good driving recordMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed

Associates degreeWarehouse/Inventory Control work experience
