Field Operations Central Resource Coordinator
**** **A Snapshot of Your Day** As the Field Operations Central Resource Coordinator for North America, you will be part of a team of individuals in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly organic environment coordinating deployments of personnel from multiple districts and product lines to serve our customer projects around the continent and globe. This role will also be responsible for performing data-driven analysis of project workloads and resource levels to make strategic reports and recommendations to operations leadership on forecasts, hiring, training and related needs. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Coordinate the tactical and strategic deployment of field resources to customer projects. + Work with district and product lines to minimize white space in resource utilization and maximize overall field personnel productivity. + Using available data to ensure field manning levels as well as training and qualifications are appropriate for near- and long-term project load. + Provide leadership with accurate views and useful analysis of project and personnel deployment data from both a tactical and strategic viewpoint. + Take on additional collateral duties relating to Operations Resources as designated by your manager. **What You Bring** + Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in industry experience combined with educational background (Associates degree or other technical certifications a plus). + 5+ years of industry experience; preferably in project management, resource management and/or field service. + Ability to learn and use modern computer and web-based software applications to manage resource availability and deployments. Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau preferred! + Strong communication; lead meetings and teleconferences, communicate and build partnerships across multiple groups to ensure multiple individual project needs are met. + A sense of ownership and responsibility for the entirety of a 1000+ person organization. Willingness to pivot as short-term priorities change but also keep the long-term goals in mind and find a balance between them! + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
