Field Operations Coordinator
Job Description Summary

Job DescriptionHandle inbound and outbound support calls with field personnel to ensure timely service deliveryProvide field support to Field Service Engineers, BMETs and ASL. Primary point of contact for the following: Service Delivery escalation supportManage multiple dispatching queues and ensure timely closure or escalation of all dispatchesManagement of on-call schedules, exception hoursManagement of quality metrics to ensure operational excellence around service deliveryRoot cause escalations to identify systemic solutionsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant OR High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceThree years’ experience in a customer service environment.

 

Desired Characteristics

Experience in the Healthcare Field and/or Service OrganizationExperience working with Diagnostic Imaging service requests, Siebel 8.1 and Cares/MainframeStrong and effective verbal and written communication skills
