Field Operations Manager

**DESCRIPTION**
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is an integral part of field and program operations, working directly with the Area Manager to manage all administrative aspects of a program
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Communicating regularly with the field team and be an extra layer of sales support and guidance
+ Being an important part of motivating the team and driving morale
+ Receiving and actioning field requests from clients when needed
+ Assisting with daily reporting and planning sessions
+ Performance managing and development of field personnel
+ Creating and maintaining personnel records to include sales performance
+ Supporting the administration of any necessary counselling/corrective action,
+ Attending events with the team as needed
+ Supporting the AM in-field as needed
+ Coordinating the interviewing, onboarding and training field personnel
+ Monitoring reporting and training compliance
+ Managing the off-boarding process aligning with internal stakeholders such as HR and Payroll
+ Supporting in the tracking and management of profitability measures and drivers
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 3 years of relevant experience preferred
+ TX-based, preferably Austin
+ Previous experience with leading, managing, guiding and developing direct reports
+ Previous experience successfully collaborating within a management team
+ Possess superior observational, analytical, and communication skills
+ Ability to proactively determine program-based internal or external needs and present feedback and solutions
+ Impeccable follow-up and organization and problem-solving skills
+ Experience in addressing employee issues and providing performance counseling when necessary
+ Knowledge in setting performance standards and identifies methods to achieve, audit and constantly improve results
+ Experience ensuring reports have the tools and resources necessary to meet the goals and objectives set by program management and the client
+ Ability Diligently monitor scheduling, review and manage approval of in-store time and expense submissions
+ Working knowledge of human resource topics, such as employee relations and performance management, is an asset
+ Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Suite (examples include Internet Explorer, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferably PowerPoint)
+ Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule tasks and people to meet program goals
+ Daily access to a high-speed connection, and a Windows based PC
+ Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
+ Available up to 25-30% travel & possess a reliable automobile for driving
+ Must have a valid driver’s license
+ This position requires you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position
+ Ability to demonstrate proficiency with client products
+ Other duties as assigned
