**Position Summary**
Management of the Infant Nutrition Field operations team, business, and resources, through setting and driving a nationally aligned business strategy and leading a high performing team, of Medical Delegate/representatives to compliantly execute the strategy and meet the business objectives.
**A day in the life of a** **Nestle Infant Nutrition Field Operations Manager:**
+ Develop and execute Area Strategy aligned with business KPI’s and Operational Masterplan (OMP)
+ Collate and interpret insights within healthcare sector to grow Market share and Nestle Product advocacy
+ Using the WHO Code Management system for the specific market as the guiding document to ensure that all activities are compliant
+ Comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestle Instructions, and the local regulations
+ To create a team of high performing Medical Delegates/Representatives that can deliver on the business results through skills level evaluation, coaching
+ Develop functional competencies of Medical Delegate's/Representatives to support their career plans through the Performance Development Plan
+ Area/ National Key Opinion Leader identification, relationship building and development, and interactions with the aim of meeting the objectives of the regional action plan and increase advocacy
+ Management of the allocated, area resources: Budget, Medical Delegate/representatives tools of trade (eg. Vehicles, cellphones and laptops)
+ Ensure product availability in Health Care Institution's and for recommendation By Health Care Professional’s by contributing to the
+ Monthly forecasting for healthcare institutions as per the needs of the area
+ Collate act on Medical Delegate feedback to ensure product availability in the different trade channels
+ Prepare relevant feedback reports and present to National Manager, Marketing Manager and Business Director
+ Verification and submission of quarterly Medical Delegate/Representative Performance Merit Scheme
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 2 -3 years Management exp in Medical Marketing/Pharmaceutical Industry with the associated people management responsibilities of recruitment, coaching, and performance management
+ Experience in Healthcare Industry with managing Key Opinion Leaders
+ Coordinating Scientific meetings and presenting to groups
+ Strong Negotiation Skills with proven track record
+ Collaborating with internal and external counterparts for insights and strategy execution support.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft office package (eg.Excel, PPT)
