As a Field Operations Specialist, you will manage the processing of replenishment orders as well as returns for our sales team.
Oversee a high volume of orders with accuracy, while providing great customer service to our sales representativesEnter all Sales Rep replenishment ordersProcess Material Transactions requests between sub-inventoriesTransact inventory returns and shipments to and from the fieldIdentify problems pertaining to products & process flow, and escalate problems as requiredOwn continuous improvement work as programs continue to grow in Field OperationsCommunicate with accuracy, timeliness and a customer service orientationWhat you need
Required
High School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years’ relevant work experiencePreferred
Experience in medical device industry, bulk order entryOracle, SAP, Excel, EIM experience$20.08/hr. – $32.87/hr. plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
