+ Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high-quality field services. + Monitors daily productivity and quality of work and assist in allocating resources as required. + Supervises field services projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames. + Evaluates audit and inspection services against established protocols; Makes technical decisions. + Works with the operations team to resolve customer issues on a regular basis. + Identifies and resolves customer complaints and employee related performance issues. + Ensures the teams understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements. + Responsible for keeping Operations Managers informed about the team members development, performance and morale. + Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensures that all policies are understood and adhered to. + Ensure the auditors receive necessary training and assistance to complete their responsibilities. + Document and track the training of the auditors and review the progress with them on a monthly basis, or as necessary. + Conduct audits and participate in recruitment of local staff as necessary. + Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. + Perform Inspection and Technical Audit + Perform other position related duties as assigned. + University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Science or a related discipline and three years work experience. + Willingness and ability to travel to other regions and or throughout the designated country (up to 80% annually). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fully proficient/literate in a 2nd language. + Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes. + Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations. + Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group setting and to interact with all levels of staff. + Ability to lead a team to improve the performance in quality and build productive capacity. + Proficient in internet navigation, e-mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
