Description
\t\t\t\t\t-Project Management: Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of HVAC or plumbing projects. This includes scheduling manpower, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget-Supervision: Managing field employees and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and work efficiently. This also involves conducting regular meetings to discuss project progress and resolve any issues-Quality Control: Performing inspections and quality control measures to ensure systems are installed and functioning correctly. This includes testing equipment and verifying the accuracy of installations-Customer Interaction: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed-Documentation: Maintaining project paperwork, such as daily reports, time records, and as-built drawings. This also involves preparing and supervising project punch lists to ensure all tasks are completed-Training and Development: Mentoring and training field personnel to enhance their technical skills and ensure they meet industry standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00
