What you will do-

Manage best practice implementation to meet/exceed business goals and standardsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulationsExamine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisorsCoordinate Drivers and routes, shipments, etc.

What you need-

BS/BA in business or related discipline OR 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree – required  Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer serviceDemonstrated problem solving and communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge in logistics/routing scheduling delivery methodsAbility to maintain composure in stressful situationsDemonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to communicate verbally and in writingMust have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as neededMust be able and willing to lead and work successfully in a team environmentDemonstrated experience in materials/distribution operationsDemonstrated proficiency with office technology (e.g. ERP systems, Access, Excel and Word.) and associated data analysis/diagnostic skillsMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

$60,100.00 - $121,600.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
