ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Retail Admin. Operations Trainer will provide administrative and training support to field operation throughout the U.S. The Retail Operations Trainer is responsible for completing all business processes and operations in the Retail Sales Center. The Retail Operations Trainer will also conduct integrated needs assessments; evaluates, coordinates, designs and delivers a comprehensive range of training and education programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Organizing and coordinating skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse setting including Sr. Leadership teams. Verbal & written communication skills. Experience using computers and IT technology for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including MS 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Position is located in Plano, TX 75% travel as applicable
