What You'll Be Doing

- Fix network, system, and telecom faults quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Physical fitness to handle tasks at heights and a commitment to safety (We take it seriously).

- A full UK manual driving license (You've got it? Great!).

- Basic know-how of health and safety practices (It's a bonus, but by no means essential).

Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for field service management? Ericsson may have the perfect opening for you that helps you amplify your skills while propelling our business forward. As a Field Services professional at Ericsson, you'll play a pivotal role in the coordination, management, and execution of field service activities. You will support our Operations and Engineering units when onsite activities are required, ensuring that our services are continuously available and are performing to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. As a local job role, your field site will be your primary workspace where you will coordinate the activities of the various operations functions and some SIP functions, mainly as a result of engineering or deployment assignments. Your commitment to upholding Project OHS requirements is critical to this role.

What you will do:

- Execute corrective maintenance activities.

- Conduct visual inspections of the workspace for safety issues.

- Prepare site-specific risk assessments and ensure all PPE is appropriately utilized at all times.

- Manage interaction with onsite landlords, site environment preservation and general site maintenance.

- Update site information and report on incidents and near misses promptly in the relevant tool.

- Supervise third party activities and intervene in any unsafe behavior.

- Handle activation/deactivation of on-site services

- Collect optimization data and execute preventative maintenance.

- Coordinate spare parts handling logistics, update inventory database, and manage spare part interface.

- Manage site access permissions, enforce security rules, and escalate any security incidents.

- Adhere to the MS OHS framework and conduct safety audits.
