We are hiring a PRN Field RN for our Hospital In Your Home Program.

Hospital in Your Home is seeking a highly motivated, autonomous, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse who helps maintain our high programmatic standards. As a RN in this care setting, you will work on a multidisciplinary team (MDs, APPs, case managers, pharmacists, etc.) to ensure the patient and family’s acute care needs are met. This is a team recognized for their teamwork and collaboration amongst all members of the care teams. RNs on this team support each other, provide knowledge sharing, and work together to improve patient outcomes and improve their nursing skills.
The Schedule:
This position covers shifts 7 days per week. This is a PRN position.
