About this opportunity:
The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our Suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with Suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality. The FPA will utilize their knowledge and expertise to consult with Suppliers and develop process improvements that can be integrated across sites and markets throughout the country The FPA role will partner directly with market Suppliers as a representative of Ericsson to share feedback, recommendations, and work closely with various support groups to implement more efficient and standardized ways of working.
What you will do:
Assess and interpret site performance indicators such as cycle time, COP accuracy, JHA adherence, Ericsson tool usage, construction quality, and specific customer requirementsIdentify improvement areas in Supplier performance based on analysis, provide feedback to the Territory Director and Suppliers, and collaborate with Suppliers to implement corrective actionsCollaborate with suppliers on-site to perform root-cause analysis of performance issues, resolve problems, and ensure immediate corrections related to safety and construction discrepanciesPlan daily and weekly site and supplier visits strategically to meet key objectives and enhance market performance, taking into account suppliers’ KPIs, performance, and current needsServe as a liaison for Ericsson’s Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to assess and support market-level on-site requests, including customer meetings, site access, and construction drawing validationDevelop and propose process improvements for Supplier’s site construction and Ericsson tools based on performance metrics, working with Automation teams to enhance tools and efficiency. Collaborate with nationwide Field Performance Advisors to address systemic issues and suggest cross-market improvements.Gather and report supplier performance data for deployment process changes and trials, providing support for business cases for new features or working methodsEstablish strong relationships with market Suppliers to promote continuous improvement and mutual feedback between Ericsson and the SupplierEnsure Suppliers understand and follow Ericsson and customer procedures, methods, and tools relevant to their assigned sitesContinuously refine and provide feedback on Ericsson and customer-specific training and information to enhance delivery performance accuracy using Site Tracker and Power BI metricsThe skills you bring: A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 7 years of relevant experienceSkilled in providing design solutions and advising on the sequence of operationsComprehensive knowledge of general construction processes and proceduresProficient in managing and directing suppliers, estimating construction scope, and more (including Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work)Familiar with enforcing Ericsson and client construction and quality standardsCapable of interacting with customers, property owners, and other necessary internal and external personnelExtensive understanding of contracts (leasing, vendor, and customer-related) and strong financial skillsProven ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with suppliers or other external partnersExperienced in leading or motivating teams to achieve optimal performanceThorough understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to Ericsson and its suppliers in the local marketCompleted an approved 30-hour OSHA course for the telecommunications industryExperience with Ericsson equipment portfolio is advantageousCompensation and Benefits at Ericsson:At Ericsson, we know that our people are the key to our success. Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
• California: $94,160 - $123,585
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

The third option is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), featuring 100% company-paid premiums for employee-only coverage. Your Financial Security:
We invest in your financial wellbeing, both short and long-term. Ericsson's best-in-class 401(k) program includes an automatic 3% company contribution. Additionally, Ericsson will match up to 5% of your contributions, resulting in a maximum company contribution of up to 7%. Additionally, employees receive company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also can participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time:
We value your work-life balance and offer our new employees up to 40 days of paid time off annually. This includes 15 days of accrued vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Note that paid time off is pro-rated based on your start date. If you have extra vacation days at the end of the year, you may sell one week of vacation for a week's pay. Additionally, Ericsson offers up to 16 weeks of company-paid maternity leave, 4 days of bereavement leave for immediate family members, and 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% pay, all without a service requirement. Ericsson also offers medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
