We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Progress individual to monitor and report on the progress of construction activities on-site (Cold Side). The candidate will have experience in tracking and documenting progress within large-scale industrial construction projects, for example before as Quantity Surveyor or Planner on a junior/medium level).

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and document the progress of construction activities on-site. Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports and schedules. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate tracking of project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines. Identify and report any deviations from the project schedule. Assist in the development and implementation of progress tracking systems and tools. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of construction activities. Support the resolution of any issues impacting project progress.

Qualifications:

Preferably experience in Field Progress or similar role (QS or Planner) in large-scale construction projects. Knowledge of progress tracking and reporting methods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
