Field Project Manager
Description As a Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of security integration projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that high-quality security systems are implemented at client sites. Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning and Coordination: Manage all aspects of field-based project delivery, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement. Ensure clear communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. + Site Supervision: Oversee the on-site installation and integration of security systems. Provide direction to field technicians and ensure they follow all safety protocols, standards, and project specifications. + Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. + Quality Assurance: Perform regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet quality standards and client expectations. + Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage any changes in scope that may affect project cost. Provide accurate forecasts and timely financial updates. + Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including technical, logistical, or personnel-related challenges. + Documentation and Reporting: Ensure that all project documentation, including schedules, drawings, change orders, and field reports, is accurate and up-to-date. + Team Leadership: Lead and mentor field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently and safely. + Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work is conducted according to safety protocols and in compliance with local regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
