As Quality Control Specialist you will coordinate and oversee work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer.  Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. You will Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Performing minor/major maintenance of equipment following the Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures.Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site.Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations.Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all Service applicable processes and procedures.Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work.Providing limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field.Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance)

have experience in the industry in quality sectorEngineering or technical level training in mechanics, mechatronics and electromechanics.CREA or CFTCapability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness. Team player skills.Ability and willingness to work on Field Services outages 70-80 % of the time. Availability to frequent travel worldwide. Availability to work in on-shore and off-shore sites.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills together with good interpersonal & organizational skillsMust be a leader with excellent listening, project management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to effectively work with the Customer at all levels of their organization - from day-to-day users of BH products and services to the Customer's ExecutivesAdvanced computer skills including ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite environment, ability to learn special BH applications, and ability to utilize (or learn) identified Project Management software applications such as Primavera or Microsoft ProjectFluent in written and spoken English.


Desired

Strong oral and written communications skillsExperience in TMS equipment.Experience in Baker Hughes equipment, attested by company that has carried out scope in the equipment covered the site operation, commissioning, and start-up.Knowledge of Nuovo Pignone or Thermodyn CECOKnowledge of LM2500 turbines
