DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online Recruitment
1.1. Coordinate manpower requisition request received from project sites to involved groups or individuals.
1.2. Source applicants through the following channels/strategies: Facebook, referral, site job fair, provincial visit, and flyering.
1.3. Conduct interview with applicants.
1.4. Coordinate trade testing of applicants with the project site.
1.5. Discuss pre-employment requirements to the new hires.
1.6. Address all recruitment concerns from applicants, project site employees, and project PICs and AMs.
Field Recruitment
2.1. Coordinate with the PIC, AM, Guards, Timekeeper, and Trade tester on the conduct of field recruitment on the particular project site.
2.2. Coordinate all the logistical requirements needed for the conduct of the field recruitment.
2.3. Administer the 1-day recruitment process on the site:
· Conduct interview with the applicants
· Monitor the trade testing
· Discuss pre-employment requirements to the new hires
Administrative
3.1. Endorse applicant for Pre-employment medical examination
3.2. Assist in processing Employee Movement Form
3.3. Properly file pertinent documents and records.
3.4. Update recruitment monitoring records
3.5. Prepare recruitment report based on schedule or as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Development Management / BS Behavioural Science or any related course At least 1 year of experience in Direct Labor Recruitment Willing to be assigned at our Project Site in Las Piñas City
