Field Reimbursement Manager
**Adecco is currently assisting McKesson in their search for a Field Reimbursement Manager in Missouri (Remote).** This is a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare reimbursement expert to support providers and patients with navigating benefit access, insurance verification, and reimbursement services. You’ll work remotely while traveling throughout your assigned territory. **Perks:** + Remote position (must reside in Missouri) + Travel up to 80% (4 days/week) + Competitive pay:$51.92/hr - $57.21/hr + Weekly paycheck + Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses **Responsibilities:** + Deliver on-site and virtual education for healthcare offices about reimbursement processes, support programs, and benefit verification + Provide case management support for claims, prior authorizations, co-pay programs, medical necessity, and specialty pharmacy coordination + Maintain detailed documentation in a CRM, manage daily outreach and field activity, and report performance metrics + Collaborate with providers and manufacturer representatives to support timely and compliant patient access **Requirements:** + 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience + **8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience** + Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, Buy & Bill, and specialty pharmacy + Experience using Hubs or the CoverMyMeds portal preferred + Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record will be run) + Strong CRM tracking, presentation, and organizational skills + Ability to travel 80% via car or plane + **No PTO or time off permitted between August and November** This role is managed by Adecco’s **Centralized Delivery Team** , not your local branch. **Pay Details:** $51.92 to $57.21 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
