Your Role: As the Field Reimbursement Manager N&I for the Pacific Northwest region, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient and healthcare provider access to transformative therapies. Reporting to the West Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Neurology & Immunology (N&I), you will be an essential part of the Field Reimbursement team, focusing on enhancing patient experiences with EMD Serono’s (EMDS) products and services.
Your impact will be significant in navigating and ensuring patient access to EMDS N&I products, particularly for Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Your efforts will ensure timely treatment, unobstructed coverage, and proper distribution, which are vital for both patients and healthcare operations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize patient access and educate healthcare providers across community, institutional, and academic settings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Travel: This is a remote, field-based position covering the territory of WA, OR, MT, Northern WY, Northern NV, and UT. Preference given to candidates living within the geography. Travel is required, with 40-50% of your time spent traveling, including overnight stays, in the assigned geography, company meetings and conferences.

5+ years in specialty account management or managed care.Proven results in resolving access challenges.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of neurology products, especially MS therapies.Experience in MS, Endocrinology, or similar fields.Strong Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCandidates reside in the covered geography for consideration.Reside within 90 minutes of a major airport.
