Position Profile: Field Representative II, Technical Offsite

Overview:
This position supports high-end equipment (Segment 5+) and may include press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality control, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, and mailroom duties. This is an allocated position, created based on business needs and approved by the Regional Director, MS Operations. Reports to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Follow Ricoh Service Excellence performance standards. Perform functions such as copy and mail center services, conference room and AV management, copier fleet management, and general support services. Ensure customer satisfaction by preparing, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and on time. Meet deadlines with consistent pace and quality. Achieve productivity standards set by the facility. Maintain required reporting tools. Calibrate equipment to match original color and quality. Transfer files electronically to color equipment. Produce error-free work using duplication equipment. Maximize print performance by multitasking on print equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Maintain machine performance by resolving minor issues (e.g., jams, toner refills). Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Manage inventory of equipment parts per company guidelines. Adhere to attendance standards and work scheduled hours, including overtime. Organize jobs by validating job details and preparing necessary supplies. Perform diagnostics, installations, removals, and retrofits on complex office products. Demonstrate digital competencies for assigned products. Complete technical training on new equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred).

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using, calibrating, and troubleshooting office and technical equipment. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Requires interpreting and applying complex information. Some physical effort: walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. Moderate dexterity: use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and coordination.
