Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company, is the country's leading housing information provider, supplying accurate information to members of the building industry for over 30 years.

 

This Field Researcher position is a short-term, quarterly role.  Field Researchers are responsible for driving through new residential subdivisions recording the building progress for every lot.  

 

Research work is done over a 2 to 3 week period at the end of each quarter (every 90 days).  During that time, the hours are flexible within the calendar week, Sunday through Saturday, 8AM – 6PM. 

 

The pay rate is $15.00 per hour plus mileage.

 

Survey work will be completed in the following areas: 

 Huntsville AL

 Qualified candidates will possess:

A Valid Driver’s License and clean driving recordCurrent automobile insuranceThe ability to lift 20lbsAttention to detail and detail orientationBasic math skillsAbility to use GPS navigation systems and/or read maps
