Field Resource Manager | HV Transmission Projects

THE ROLE

Our Power Projects team is currently handling multiple significant clean energy HV transmission power projects and is searching for an experienced Field Resource Manager to join our team. The role will be based out of our North Ryde NSW or Milton QLD office.

This role involves significant travel, as many of our projects are situated in regional and rural areas across Australia. Prepare and present resourcing reports highlighting workforce status, compliance, and key metrics. Use data and analytics to guide decisions on workforce trends and resource allocation improvements. Provide coaching and leadership and maintain effective communication channels with direct and indirect reports. Liaise with clients to ensure that project deliverables are achieved. Negotiate contract issues with the client in consultation with the commercial team, within delegated authority limits. Set a positive example and consistently promote critical elements of Zero Harm when interacting with operational teams.

ABOUT YOU

A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience in the industry or a similar role will suffice.
