As a Field Sales Administrator, you will support our community sales teams in their efforts to successfully meet community goals. Your focus on customer service will help you provide an exceptional experience to prospective home-buyers and your attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our sales team. Primary Responsibilities · Work closely with NVR Mortgage to complete appraisal packages for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. · Track and monitor Earnest Money Deposits · Receive and pay real estate tax bills to the appropriate counties · Create and distribute New Home Orientation packages · Track model home closures and notify model home investors of turnover · Run and distribute weekly and monthly reports · Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business Qualifications · 2+ years of office and/or administrative experience · Excellent planning and organizational skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel · Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work both independently and as part of the administrative team Life at NVR At NVR, your desire to excel is matched by our commitment to your success and we’ll give you the tools and industry knowledge you need.
