Develops a strong sales team in all stores, motivates and enhances the retail sales associates’ performance and instills in them passion, excellence, service, professionalism, creativity, innovation and teamwork. Visits the stores regularly, oversees and monitors the daily operations. Uses various social media platforms to create effective marketing campaigns. Accomplishes other related tasks needed by the company from time to time.
