Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks

Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding ARRelieving function where needed to sustain business operationsExecute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives

 

Skill and competencies:

College graduate of any course (preferably business related courses)Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative sellingField sales exposure is an advantageExperience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommendedValid driver’s license and knows how to drive 2 wheels (motorcycle) and 4 wheels (manual transmission) 

 

Work Location: National Capital Region sales offices – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
