Axis is looking for the right person to fill an opening as a Field Sales Engineer, Experience Centers. The ideal candidate should reside in or near Chicago, IL or Bloomington, MN.

What you’ll do here:

Provide pre-sales engineering and supportProvide daily maintenance for our Chicago, IL and Bloomington, MN Experience CentersDevelop and deploy new solutions and integrations in the Experience CentersHelp with sales meetings in the Experience CentersCoordinate on-site proof of concept and trial installationsProvide in-depth on-site troubleshooting and solutionsWork cohesively with Regional Sales Managers and sales supportPresent training seminars on-site and through webinarsPrepare technical sales support materialsPerforms other related duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

Willingness to learn and grow as an individual, in a fast-paced environmentStrong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, RESTful, infrastructure, troubleshooting, etc.)Mature, professional verbal and listening skillsProven reputation of positive customer interactionStrong presentation skillsSolid technical writing skills including white papers, manuals, and instructionsDesign documentation skills of video, audio, and network topologiesResourceful and flexible

We believe you’ll need the following:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or Information Systems is highly desiredCustomer facing experience is a plus

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $90,000-$100,000 annually On Target Earnings / Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
