ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the National Account Manager, as the Field Sales Executive, you will execute department store sales strategies aligned with the national vision for Revlon and Elizabeth Arden, aiming to meet or exceed retail sales objectives through effective management. You will also support education and growth via in-store coaching and new beauty consultant induction programs to maximize customer service, product knowledge, and sales opportunities.

You will also act as an ambassador for Revlon Australia, fostering positive retailer relationships and supporting brand growth in department stores.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive retail sales targets and implement effective sales strategies. Develop positive retailer relationships and drive sell-through of new products and promotions. Execute national merchandising planograms to high standards. Ensure adequate inventory display and manage credit procedures. Merchandise promotions and events in agreed locations. Report and manage counter/fixture repairs per Health & Safety standards. Support the National Education Program with in-store mentoring and coaching. Coach and develop Counter Managers and Beauty Consultants. Review sales results and coordinate with the Business Development Manager. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, competitor products, and market trends Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager to implement business strategies, outline coaching goals, and execute merchandising programs, while attending state team meetings to share knowledge and support retail growth

 

ABOUT YOU

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Technical Skills

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a cosmetic company, ideally with department store or pharmacy experience Up to date with industry best practices and standards Good time management skills Excellent written and verbal presentation skills – clarity, consistency, and confidence Experience with MS Office suite (2010) Must hold a current valid driver licence
