Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at DHL Freight located in Bucharest . The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets. In addition, the Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and proposals in response to customer needs.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An understanding of logistics and transportation industry Customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (advantage) Experience in a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
