Field Sales/KAM-Automation Cable

PURPOSE:

* This position is responsible for executing the Automation China VCP growth strategy plan, accomplish and fulfill sales & commercial budget plan.

* Key to this position will be the ability to penetrate our products in new automation customers, leverage industry and client relationship skills, strong technical/product orientated mindset and commercial mindset to ensure sales & commercial objectives achievement in a sustainable manner.

* Seek & Identify petential key accounts, new market/product trend to accelerate the development of new business in the automation segment.

 

ARES OF RESPINSIBILITY:

Sales Development & Performance

* To drive and achieve the customer penetration target, sales target and commercial margin traget set up per year.

* Establish relationship with prospects and build the trust with new/key customers to develop automation cable business in China market.

* Be responsible for developing new business with technical application and automation cable product knowhow.

* To promote and protect ISP's position at customer side ( Follow 5 Gate and push ISP's position with AVL, and engage in the design phase to improve our hit rate).

* To bring back information on related key clients, products, competitors and markets through market investigation and analysis.

Key Account

* Penetrate and improve the SoW with key accounts to achieve annual business plan target.

* Analyse key accounts in term of their market situation, business commercial situation, product portfolio, technical competence, cmpetition situation, etc..

*Ensure the ISP organization is aware of the status of the customer and efficient actions should be taken to keep the business in the pipeline.

Marketing Cpprdination

* Represent ISP at customers, exhibitions, seminars and associations to promote Nexans products and total solutions.

* Ensure collabration with others key shareholders within the organization.

* Gather market intelligence to support business strategy definition.

 

REQURED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

* Strong background in Automation industry, nad it will be big plus if with cables industry experience.

* Decent technical background to enable quick catch up of automation cable knowledge to identify the opportunities in the market and turns the leads into real business.

* Bechelor of management degree in slectric engineering, automation or mechanical engineering.

* Above 7 years of experience in sales roles or similar work in a multinational company, over 3 years work experience in automation company, have solid customer resources, can bring new orders.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Experience from project management and umplementation.

Specific Knowledge

* Hunting mindset & ability to acquire new customer, new orders.

* Languges: English. Both good at spoken and written English.

* Good understanding of the automation ecosystem.

* Good understanding of Cable Accessories and Application.

* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools sets.

* Good communication and inter-personal skills.

* Reqire having frequent domestic trip.
